NPR DIGITAL SERVICES will offer NPR member stations streaming audience measurement and corporate sponsorship management services through its deal with TRITON DIGITAL.
"Public radio has led the way by providing unique, innovative programming content across many different delivery platforms," said BOB KEMPF, Vice President of NPR IGITAL SERVICES. "While our digital audience is growing fast, stations have been challenged to grow their digital revenue at the same pace and to accurately and reliably measure the impact of digital sponsorship. These new tools will help stations to better identify and quantify the rapidly growing number of listeners that are accessing their programming through online streaming, and to translate that into metrics that are meaningful to potential sponsors. This is an exciting next step in our ongoing effort to embrace and leverage digital media platforms."
"We are eager to provide TRITON DIGITAL's solutions to NPR and their member stations," said TRITON DIGITAL Streaming Division COO DOMINICK MILANO. "They produce a vast amount of high-quality content -- both local and national -- and TRITON's MRC accredited Webcast Metrics and Ad Injector make a perfect combination that we believe will enable better audience measurement and deliver more effective corporate underwriting across their streams."
