Veteran CENTRAL FLORIDA radio manager BILL BOKUNIC is joining GENESIS COMMUNICATIONS MEDIA as Market Manager for News WIXC-A/MELBOURNE, FL and Director of Sales-New Business for the company's ORLANDO stations.  

BOKUNIC, who has been in the building since FEBRUARY and is overseeing planning and marketing for ESPNFLORIDA.COM and NEWSTALKFLORIDA.COM and the company's event division, has worked in the region as GSM at CUMULUS' MELBOURNE cluster and SALEM's ORLANDO cluster; he has also served as GSM at ENTERCOM in INDIANAPOLIS.

BOKUNIC said, "I have been looking to relocate back to CENTRAL FLORIDA in the media business.  I am grateful for this opportunity to oversee the marketing of the digital publications, events, as well as the radio stations for GENESIS in CENTRAL FLORIDA.  GENESIS is moving rapidly into the multi-platform marketing business and I am thrilled to be part of this business plan."
