In other filings with the FCC, BIRACH BROADCASTING CORPORATION is selling Spanish Hits WSDS-A (LA EXPLOSIVA)/SALEM TOWNSHIP, MI to VAZQUEZ BROADCASTING CORPORATION for $1.45 million ($1.43 million in a promissory note).
