The FCC has proposed a $10,000 fine against MEDIA MINISTRIES, INC. for missing quarterly issues/programs lists in the public file at noncommercial Contemporary Christian KBMQ/MONROE, LA and against DOUBLE O SOUTH CAROLINA for the same transgression at Classic Country WWNQ (COUNTRY LEGENDS 94.3)/FOREST ACRES-COLUMBIA, SC.
In both cases, the licensee admitted missing some issues/programs lists in its license renewal application.
Also, the Commission dismissed NAMELOC, INC.'s appeal of the denial of its Application for Review of the sale of RADIO DISNEY affiliate KDIS-F (formerly KYFX)/LITTLE ROCK, AR to ABC in 2003.
