Astral Media Radio Revenues Fall For Fiscal Second Quarter 2012

ASTRAL MEDIA, which is in the process of being sold to BELL MEDIA parent BCE INC., is reporting that radio revenues fell 3% for second quarter fiscal 2012 to C$74.197 million. EBITDA for the division fell 3% as well, to C$18.396 million.
The company's overall revenues increased slightly to C$233.5 million, with EBITDA up 3% to C$66 million and consolidated earnings up 10% to C$38.2 million (diluted earnings per share up 15% to C69 cents).
