WILLAMETTE BROADCASTING Talk KYKN-A/KEIZER-SALEM, OR is expanding the local BILL POST show to three hours.  The show will air noon-3p (PT) starting APRIL 16th, with the additional hour displacing the hour of SALEM's DENNIS PRAGER Show that airs 2-3p; PRAGER's show will continue to air on tape delay 9p-midnight.
