Three Exit Steve Dahl Podcast

Three employees have exited STEVE DAHL's podcast company, reports TIME OUT CHICAGO's ROBERT FEDER.
Technical Producer PETE ZIMMERMAN, Assistant Technical Producer JIM RUFFATTO, and assistant STEPHANIE FALLARA have been let go, and DAHL wrote on his blog that "It was not a decision I came to easily, but I think that it was the right move for the show. I know when I am not growing as an entertainer and I know what I need to do to keep that process moving forward ... That might not be what people want to hear, but that’s the nature of the beast, especially now, when the radio world has been turned upside down. Podcasting is new, and as I adapt to it, I need certain intangibles that sometimes only I can identify ... It’s a tough thing to have to do what’s best for the show, but at first blush, not what’s best for people you are fond of."
"Nobody did anything wrong, but it was just time to make a change," DAHL concluded, adding that DAG JUHLIN has been named Dir./Creative Services for the show. FEDER notes that ERICA DROGOSZEWSKI recently joined as Marketing/Operations Director.
