CUMULUS MEDIA NETWORKS will introduce a DOWNLOAD HD content service for stations nationwide starting in JULY. It will offer more than 20,000 pieces of audio, including original music, sounds and logos, voice manipulations, on-air stagers, digitally recorded listeners, trivia, tips and factoids, as well as a similar amount of database written content and more than two million pieces of linked content.
"We are building our reputation by associating with the biggest names and best content in the business," CUMULUS MEDIA NETWORKS SVP/Affiliate Sales and Broadcast Operations DENNIS GREEN said. "In the category of creating audio and written content there is no one better than MIKE LEE and his team. DOWNLOAD HD is a key component in making CUMULUS a one stop shop for the best in production, imaging, music libraries and prep material in the business."
Creators of DOWNLOAD HD -- Mike and BOB LEE and GREG FADICK -- previously created the BROWN BAG production service, which was heard by two billion people globally every day. "Opportunities to join a thriving, dynamic group like CUMULUS are rare," LEE said. "We are elated to be part of their commitment to blue chip content."
