Former Show Member To Sue Clear Channel And WKQI Morning Host Mojo

CLEAR CHANNEL Top 40/Mainstream WKQI (CHANNEL 955)/DETROIT morning host MOJO (real name THOMAS CARBALLO) has been slapped with a lawsuit from a former member of the morning crew. ROB GRAHAM, known on the air as "ROB THE WEB GUY," is planning to sue MOJO and CLEAR CHANNEL.
GRAHAM exited the show last OCTOBER after an on-air discussion became confrontational. "The on-air talk began with why ROB had missed a meeting the day before -- listeners then called in guesses -- but ROB did not find it humorous and it quickly turned into a showdown between the two co-workers," reports WXYZ-TV 7/DETROIT.
"I was humiliated, I was upset, I felt betrayed," GRAHAM told 7.
JENNIFER LORD, GRAHAM's lawyer, accuses MOJO of violating HIPAA laws by revealing GRAHAM's medical information on-air, and of pressuring GRAHAM to post copyrighted materials on the MOJO IN THE MORNING website.
"He crossed a critical line," LORD commented. "An employer cannot go on the air and talk about its employees private medical conditions."
CCM+E Market Mgr. TIL LEVESQUE told WXYZ, "We do not comment on personnel matters."
