In other filings with the FCC, ELY RADIO, LLC is selling Oldies KWNA-A-K283AP and Country KWNA-F/WINNEMUCCA, NV and K221DB/DENIO, NV to BUCKAROO BROADCASTING, LLC for forgiveness of $653,223 in debt to WP MEDIA LENDING.

MAGNOLIA RADIO CORP. is selling Silent WZHL/NEW AUGUSTA, MS; KQNO/COALINGA, CA; and KCOO/DUNKERTON, IA to MATINEE MEDIA CORP. for cancellation of $542,900 in debt.

EDUCATIONAL MEDIA FOUNDATION is selling FM translator W222BA/KARNS, TN to THOMAS H. MOFFIT, JR. for $30,000.  The translator will rebroadcast Religion WRJZ-A (JOY 620)/KNOXVILLE.

ERMMA BARTON GOWDY is selling Religion WPJK-A (INSPIRATION 1580)/ORANGEBURG, SC to WILLIAM K. DURST for $11,000.

RV MINISTRIES, INC. has closed on the assignment of noncommercial KPCO-F/COOPER, TX to IGLESIA CRISTIANA EBENEZER for no consideration.

REACH COMMUNICATIONS, INC. has closed on the sale of FM translator W284AV/DELTONA, FL to VOLUSIA BROADCASTING COMPANY, LLC for $110,000.  The translator will rebroadcast Oldies WROD-A/DAYTONA BEACH.

The price for DOUBLE O RADIO's sale of Classic Country WWNQ (COUNTRY LEGENDS 94.3)/FOREST ACRES-COLUMBIA, SC and AC WWNU (CAROLINA 92.1)/COLUMBIA, SC to DAVIS MEDIA, LLC has been revealed as $1.1 million in the contract filed with the FCC.  DAVIS is paying a $300,000 cash deposit, $600,000 cash at closing, and $200,000 in a three-year promissory note at 7% with a balloon payment at the end.

And in a deal yet to be filed at the FCC, the receiver for WMD RADIOWERKS, JOHN CULP, is selling Hot AC WKHJ/MOUNTAIN LAKE PARK, MD and Country WWHC (92.3 THE TRAIN) and Classic Hits WMSG-A/OAKLAND, MD to ROBERT M. STEVENS' BROADCAST COMMUNICATIONS INC. for $775,000. The stations went into receivership last year.
