The price for DOUBLE O RADIO's sale of Classic Country WWNQ (COUNTRY LEGENDS 94.3)/FOREST ACRES-COLUMBIA, SC and AC WWNU (CAROLINA 92.1)/COLUMBIA, SC to DAVIS MEDIA, LLC has been revealed as $1.1 million in the contract filed with the FCC. DAVIS is paying a $300,000 cash deposit, $600,000 cash at closing, and $200,000 in a three-year promissory note at 7% with a balloon payment at the end.
