COX RADIO Classic Hits WXGL (107.3 THE EAGLE)/TAMPA's NICK VAN CLEVE and JOHN MOORE can breathe a sigh of relief TODAY, as longtime stalker PATRICIA IMMENDORF was sentenced to a year in the county jail and nine years of probation after pleading no contest THURSDAY to two felony counts of aggravated stalking.
THE TAMPA BAY TIMES reports, "The probation carries some strict rules. Those include an order to live at least 100 miles away from PINELLAS COUNTY and to continue her mental health treatment, including taking prescribed medicine. But because IMMENDORF has already spent time in jail awaiting a resolution in the case, her attorney says she'll likely be released from jail in early SEPTEMBER."
"We're hoping they keep her monitored and know where she's at," WILLIAM HONEYCUTT JR. told THE TIMES. HONEYCUTT's father is a neighbor of IMMENDORF's, and is also the victim in a pending misdemeanor stalking case against her.
WXGL provided recordings to officials showing IMMENDORF called hundreds of times and left messages saying she would kill the DJs and do unimaginable things to their children.
