Compass Unveils Announcers For L.A. Angels National Broadcasts

COMPASS MEDIA NETWORKS' out-of-market national coverage of 25 LOS ANGELES ANGELS games will start MAY 29th, and the syndicator has announced the talent for the broadcasts, which will be produced separately from the team's own broadcasts.
Longtime NEW JERSEY NETS radio voice CHRIS CARRINO and former SAN DIEGO PADRES TV broadcaster STEVE QUIS will handle play-by-play on the COMPASS broadcasts. Former major leaguer DARRYL HAMILTON and former NEW YORK METS GM and ESPN analyst STEVE PHILLIPS will serve as analysts.
COMPASS says that among affiliates on board for the games are CBS RADIO Sports WFAN-A/NEW YORK, LINCOLN FINANCIAL Sports WQXI-A (790 THE ZONE)/ATLANTA, RED ZEBRA Sports WTEM-A (ESPN 980)/WASHINGTON, CUMULUS Sports KFNC (ESPN 97.5 THE TICKET)/HOUSTON, SANDUSKY Sports KDUS-A (THE FAN 1060)/PHOENIX, BEASLEY Sports WQAM-A/MIAMI, CLEAR CHANNEL Sports WYGM-A (740 THE GAME)/ORLANDO, and CALVARY News KQV-A/PITTSBURGH.
