Robert F. Kennedy's Estranged Wife Found Dead

The estranged wife of ROBERT F. KENNEDY was found dead in BEDFORD, WESTCHESTER COUNTY, NY TODAY (5/16).  MARY KENNEDY's body was discovered inside an "out building" at an address owned by her husband; police would not release any further details, but the JOURNAL NEWS of WESTCHESTER and ROCKLAND reported that a source told the paper that she hanged herself.  She was 52.

MARY KENNEDY's family released a statement saying, "We deeply regret the death of our beloved sister MARY, whose radiant and creative spirit will be sorely missed by those who loved her. Our heart goes out to her children who she loved without reservation."  The couple had filed for divorce on MAY 12, 2010 but the divorce had not been finalized, and MARY, an architect and designer, had been involved in domestic and DUI incidents over the years.

ROBERT F. KENNEDY JR. co-hosts the syndicated weekly "RING OF FIRE" talk show, which airs on stations nationwide.
