WFNX New Hampshire Simulcast Station Sold, Too

The NEW HAMPSHIRE station that simulcast soon-to-be-sold PHOENIX MEDIA Alternative WFNX/BOSTON has itself been sold as well, with the NASHUA TELEGRAPH reporting that WFEX/PETERBOROUGH, NH is being sold by PHOENIX MEDIA's FNX BROADCASTING LLC to BLOUNT COMMUNICATIONS, the owner of Religion WDER-A (LIFE CHANGING RADIO)/DERRY, NH, for an undisclosed price. The FM will simulcast the AM station, owner BILL BLOUNT told the TELEGRAPH, with the change expected in about two months. The deal, like the transaction that sent WFNX to CLEAR CHANNEL, has not yet been filed with the FCC.
In filings with the FCC, GOSPEL AMERICAN NETWORK is selling FM translator K252EB/CLEBURNE, TX to HISPANIC CHRISTIAN COMMUNITY NETWORK, INC. for $200,000.
