ACE RADIO CORPORATION's ABLE RADIO CORP. is transferring the construction permit for a new FM at AGUILA, AZ to MATINEE MEDIA CORP. for satisfaction of a $1,983,393.20 debt owed by ACE to MATINEE from a $7.5 million 2008 promissory note.
In other filings with the FCC, ALPINE BROADCASTING CORP. has applied for an extension of its Silent STA for FM translator K233BY/KNOB NOSTER, MO while it looks for a solution to interference problems.
CONNOISSEUR MEDIA OF WV-OH, LLC has closed on the sale of Country WXBW (BIG BUCK COUNTRY 101.5)/GALLIPOLIS, OH and its booster in HUNTINGTON, WV and AC WMGA (MAGIC 97.9)/KENOVA, WV to FIFTH AVENUE BROADCASTING CO., INC. for $1.3 million.
