Congress Approves FCC Consolidated Reporting Act

Congress has approved the FCC Consolidated Reporting Act, H.R. 3310. The bill, introduced by Rep. STEVE SCALISE (R-LA) and aimed at streamlining Commission processes, was unanimously approved by voice vote on WEDNESDAY (5/30).
Like its companion bill, the FCC Process Reform Act (H.R. 3309), the bill is not expected to survive in the Senate.
