AWMF & Ford Award Two Scholarships

THE ALLIANCE FOR WOMEN IN MEDIA (AWM) Foundation and FORD MOTOR COMPANY Fund announced today that COLLEGE OF NEW ROCHELLE junior LUISA GARCIA and WAKE FOREST UNIVERSITY junior ANNE JOHNSON are the scholarship recipients of the "Emerging Voices" program. The students were formally announced as winners during the GRACIE AWARDS Luncheon on MAY 23rd in LOS ANGELES.
Two $2,500 scholarships are being directly sent to each student’s educational institute in the name of FORD MOTOR COMPANY FUND. The winning students will provide three to four separate pieces of journalistic content for AWM’s website based on assigned topics or prompts. Content will be announced and showcased on www.allwomeninmedia.org as well as AWM’s social media outlets.
