UNITED STATIONS RADIO NETWORKS has signed an agreement to sell national network commercial time for music production service FOSTER KENT NY. Effective immediately, FOSTER KENT and its representatives will handle the creation, affiliate marketing and delivery of the company’s various services while USRN will market the company’s commercial time to national advertisers.
Among FOSTER KENT’s current offerings is "Motion Mixes," a software interface that allows radio stations to orchestrate their sound design on-air in real time. Stations may order a customized package and/or use the included Broadcast Motion Library containing themed music for news, sports, weather, games and other on-air production needs. Most importantly, Motion Mixes allows stations to do special audio effects in real-time. "Motion Mixes" is now available on a barter basis exclusively through USRN.
"There is clearly a lot of excitement around the expansion of sports, news and other information programming, particularly on the FM band, and we see the FOSTER KENT team at the leading edge of the production services available in those formats," USRN’s JIM HIGGINS said. "We look forward to helping them expand their reach and brand through this ad sales partnership while also delivering their client station audiences to our advertising partners."
"Great projects demand great partners - we are excited about our new partnership with UNITED STATIONS, which gives us the opportunity to focus on the creative development of our projects and lets UNITED STATIONS perform their magic," FOSTER KENT founder PETER KENT added.
