LAKE MICHIGAN BROADCASTING, INC. is selling Oldies WKLA-A and AC WKLA-F/LUDINGTON, MI and Country WKZC (Z95)/SCOTTVILLE, MI to TODD MOHR's SYNERGY MEDIA, INC. for payment of a $580,000 loan owed by the seller to WEST SHORE BANK, plus an LMA for the two FMs and a Shared Services Agreement for the AM and Classic Hits WMTE-F (KOOL 101.5)/MANISTEE, MI before closing.

In other filings with the FCC, RIGOBERTO LOPEZ is buying out partner MANUEL VILLAGRANA-ROBLES' 50% interest in GRUPO ROBLE, LLC, licensee of Spanish AC KZAT-F (RADIO Z 95.5 FM)/BELLE PLAINE, IA for $175,000 ($15,000 cash, $160,000 in 84 monthly installments of $2,252.35 including 5% per annum interest).

VCY AMERICA, INC. has again requested a Silent STA for WVCS/OWEN, WI while it moves its transmitter site.

KEYMARKET LICENSES, LLC has asked the Commission for an extension of its Silent STA for WSTV-A/STEUBENVILLE, OH, which lost its transmitter site.

NETWORK OF GLORY, INC. has closed on the sale of nine stations to AMERICAN FAMILY ASSOCIATION for $100,000.  The stations include noncommercial WGBQ/LYNCHBURG, TN; WAKP/SMITHBORO, GA; KEJA/CALE, AR; and KEIS/YORK, NE, and the construction permits for KJOG/CLEVELAND, OK; WJGS/NORWOOD, GA; KJGC/CLINTON, MO; WJRJ/MONTREAT, NC; and KGMJ/SPRING VALLEY, WI.

The heirs of TRAVIS AYCOCK have closed on the redemption of their shares in ACE BROADCASTING, INC., licensee of Southern Gospel WQST-A/FOREST, MS, for a total of $1,000.  The redemption by RUBY C. AYCOCK, EVELYN EVANS, JIMMIE GAYLE AYCOCK, SHIELA J. MCCOY, and FREDDY AYCOCK gives the other two partners, HOWARD D. CLARK and JOHN ARTHUR EAVES, 50% each in the company.

And RADIO ASSIST MINISTRY, INC. has closed on the sale of FM translator W274BD/WRIGHTSVILLE, GA to LAURENS COUNTY BROADCASTING COMPANY, INC. for $20,000.
