LAKE MICHIGAN BROADCASTING, INC. is selling Oldies WKLA-A and AC WKLA-F/LUDINGTON, MI and Country WKZC (Z95)/SCOTTVILLE, MI to TODD MOHR's SYNERGY MEDIA, INC. for payment of a $580,000 loan owed by the seller to WEST SHORE BANK, plus an LMA for the two FMs and a Shared Services Agreement for the AM and Classic Hits WMTE-F (KOOL 101.5)/MANISTEE, MI before closing.
In other filings with the FCC, RIGOBERTO LOPEZ is buying out partner MANUEL VILLAGRANA-ROBLES' 50% interest in GRUPO ROBLE, LLC, licensee of Spanish AC KZAT-F (RADIO Z 95.5 FM)/BELLE PLAINE, IA for $175,000 ($15,000 cash, $160,000 in 84 monthly installments of $2,252.35 including 5% per annum interest).

The heirs of TRAVIS AYCOCK have closed on the redemption of their shares in ACE BROADCASTING, INC., licensee of Southern Gospel WQST-A/FOREST, MS, for a total of $1,000. The redemption by RUBY C.
