TOM, RICK, AND HARLEY BROADCASTING LLC is assigning Country KHLB/MASON, TX to creditor MUNBILLA BROADCASTING PROPERTIES, LTD. and AC KRZS (THE ROSE 99.9)/HUNT, TX to MUNBILLA KERVILLE LTD. for cancellation of $673,000 in debt.  In addition, the sale of MUNBILLA's Country KYRT and KZZM/MASON to TOM, RICK AND HARLEY has been called off.

In other filings with the FCC, the price at which POSITIVE ALTERNATIVE RADIO is buying Classic Country WEYE (EAGLE 104.3)/SURGOINSVILLE-JOHNSON CITY-KINGSPORT, TN-BRISTOL, VA from ASRADIO LLC has been disclosed as $275,000 ($75,000 cash at closing, the rest in a 6%, 5-year promissory note).  The deal was announced YESTERDAY but a price had not been disclosed at the time.

JOSHUA SPRINGS CALVARY CHAPEL is selling the construction permit for a new FM at CHILLICOTHE, MO to CALVARY CHAPEL OF TWIN FALLS, INC. for $2,000.

WESTBURG BROADCASTING MONTGOMERY, LLC has asked for a Silent STA for WACQ-A/CARRVILLE, AL due to financial difficulties.  WESTBURG had acquired the station as a result of a foreclosure.

MISSION NEBRASKA, INC. has requested an extension of its Silent STA for K234BL/FALLS CITY, NE due to "current financial realities," adding that "just yesterday we learned of a station that is interested in the license" and asking for the extension to allow the party to do due diligence.

In a deal yet to be filed with the FCC, NRG MEDIA is selling three stations in NEBRASKA to DEAN SORENSON's COMMUNITY FIRST MEDIA OF NEBRASKA, LLC for an undisclosed price.  The deal, reported by the FREMONT TRIBUNE, includes Talk KHUB-A and Classic Rock KFMT (FM GOLD 105.5)/FREMONT, NE and Country KBLR/BLAIR, NE.

ENTERCOM has closed on its purchase of Urban AC KBLX/SAN FRANCISCO from bankrupt INNER CITY BROADCASTING for $25 million.

WRJC, INC. has closed on the sale of Adult Standards WRJC-A-W225BF-F and AC WRJC-F/MAUSTON, WI to JAMES A. MURPHY and REBECCA M. BRIA's MURPHY'S LAW MEDIA GROUP, LLC for $845,000.

And RADIO ASSIST MINISTRY, INC. has closed on the sales of FM translators W293BV/CUTHBERT, GA and W238BK/AMERICUS, GA to PMB BROADCASTING, LLC for $25,000 each.
