MIKE NOLAN, the longtime "KF-Eye in the Sky" traffic reporter for CLEAR CHANNEL Talk KFI-A/LOS ANGELES, is recovering from serious but non-life-threatening injuries sustained in the crash of the small plane he was piloting in RIVERSIDE COUNTY, CA FRIDAY evening.
NOLAN's plane, a CESSNA 182, lost power and came down, hitting power lines on the way, a mile-and-a-half east of CORONA MUNICIPAL AIRPORT. A passenger, an 18-year-old student pilot, was also injured in the crash.
NOLAN was released from the hospital on SATURDAY and is recovering at home.
