Bismarck FM Sells For $700,000

CONNOISSEUR MEDIA OF BISMARCK, LLC is selling Adult Hits KKBO (105.9 BOB FM)/FLASHER-BISMARCK, ND to LARRY J. SCHMIDT's RADIO BISMARCK MANDAN, LLC for $700,000.
In other filings at the FCC, The previously-announced sale by CROSSROADS INVESTMENTS LLC of Oldies WAXI/TERRE HAUTE to DAVE CROOKS' DLC MEDIA INC. now has a price attached to it, with the contract filed at the FCC showing CROOKS paying $300,000 for the station.
C.J. JONES and JOSEPH MULE are selling their 66% interest in PARTNERS BROADCAST GROUP, LLC, licensee of Religion WVGB-A (VICTORY 1490 AM) and W233AW/BEAUFORT, SC to 33% partner JOEL GARRETT for $100.
BRISTOL BROADCASTING CO., INC. is selling FM translator W258AV/CAMDEN, TN to COMMUNITY BROADCASTING SERVICES, INC. for $12,000.
HOLY FAMILY RADIO ASSOCIATION has asked the Commission for a silent STA for low power FM WWMD-LP/ASHLAND, WI while it upgrades its EAS system to meet CAP requirements.
