DAN PATRICK celebrated his fifth anniversary with FOX SPORTS RADIO this month. The host, whose show is produced by DIRECTV and seen on the satellite TV service's AUDIENCE NETWORK and several regional cable sports networks, launched in OCTOBER 2007.
PATRICK said, "Five years ago today, we walked the plank and decided to do this show. We actually did it from the attic in my house, but we’ve grown up. We have two man caves now, the TV show in 100 million homes, and the radio show in 270 cities. There are a lot of people to thank.”
“We are very excited to share in this celebration with DAN,” said PREMIERE NETWORKS SVP/Programming DON MARTIN. “The DAN PATRICK Show is an integral part of the FOX SPORTS RADIO lineup and we are proud to congratulate him on this special milestone. We look forward to another five great years!”
The anniversary was celebrated with a cake sent to the show by FSR, which ended up being smashed by Exec. Producer PAUL PABST into Exec. Producer TODD FRITZ's face, in the manner of baseball teams shoving pies into teammates' faces during post-game interviews.
