The FCC has proposed a $20,000 fine on HAYCO BROADCASTING, INC. for public file violations at Adult Standards WCSM-A and Hot AC WCSM-F/CELINA, OH. On its license renewal applications, the licensee admitted that issues/programs lists for the fourth quarter of 2004 through the fourth quarter of 2006 were missing from each of the two stations’ public files.
In addition, the Commission denied SOUTH SEAS BROADCASTING, INC.'s Petition for Reconsideration of an $18,000 fine for operating now-deleted WVUV-A/LEONE, AMERICAN SAMOA at variance with its licensed parameters, taking the station silent without telling the Commission, and failure to respond to FCC communications.
