FCC Proposes $15,000 Fine Against Kentucky AM

The FCC has proposed a $15,000 fine against Rev. GERALD PARKS for public file violations at Southern Gospel WEKC-A/WILLIAMSBURG, KY. Upon a MARCH 14, 2012 inspection, FCC agents said they found no quarterly issues/programs lists for the current license term, with 19 lists missing.
The Commission also issued notices of unlicensed broadcast station operation to several more entities, including PETER CURANAJ (BRONX, NY); BELMONT REPUBLICAN ASSOCIATION (SEATTLE, WA); RYAN MICHAEL JENSEN (SEATTLE, WA); ALAN STUART ESKENAZY (SEATTLE, WA); EILEEN AND HOWARD NAGLE (LONGVIEW, WA); DAVID RUSSELL TEDDER (LONGVIEW, WA); WILLIAM LOTSON (BROOKLYN, NY); MICHAEL D. ROSCETTI (AUBURN, WA); APPLUS+ TECHNOLOGIES (VANCOUVER< WA); JOHN YOUNG, FELLOWSHIPWORLD, INC. (BUFFALO, NY); K. JAY (GOLDEN HEART) (ORANGE, NJ); and MAIRA PAYERO (PATERSON, NJ).
