20 Years And Counting

Congratulations to our PPM analysis partner, RESEARCH DIRECTOR, INC., who are celebrating 20 years of service TODAY (1/4). On JANUARY 4th, 1993, a group of researchers, ARBITRON experts, and radiophiles converged to create a company that would help radio stations understand and exploit their ratings information. Thus, RESEARCH DIRECTOR, INC. was born.

Over that time the company has worked with groups large and small delivering expert ratings analysis for both ARBITRON diary markets as well as those covered by the PORTABLE PEOPLE METER (PPM). As the industry has grown and changed, RESEARCH DIRECTOR has created new ways to deliver more detailed information on how their client stations are performing.

According to Managing Partner MARC GREENSPAN, it has been a team effort. "Our success is due to the dedicated efforts of our terrific staff, several of whom have been with us for more than 10 years. We're also incredibly grateful for the support we've received from so many long-term clients over the past two decades.
