The ACM (ACADEMY OF COUNTRY MUSIC) has announced that its ACM LIFTING LIVES ‘MY CAUSE’ feature for JANUARY will be RCA NASHVILLE artist MIRANDA LAMBERT and the MUTTNATION FOUNDATION campaign.
Over the past two years, ACM LIFTING LIVES has donated more than $45,000 to artists’ charities through this program, and will continue their donations in addition to increasing fan awareness.
This month, ‘MY CAUSE: MUTTNATION FOUNDATION’ highlights a foundation began by LAMBERT to support many other organizations whose purpose is to create an overall better and healthier living experience for animals.
In other MIRANDA news, the artist will be featured on GAC-TV in “BACKSTORY: MIRANDA LAMBERT, premiering on SATURDAY, JANUARY 18th at 8p (ET). Sharing stories about LAMBERT will be husband BLAKE SHELTON, DIERKS BENTLEY, ALISON MOORER and others.
“I give all the credit to MIRANDA,” said SHELTON. “She’ll get on a plane to spend one night with me on the opposite coast of where she’s got to be the next day. She always makes it happen, thank God, because it really does recharge me and it saves my life when I see her.”
The story traces LAMBERT’S childhood, to breaking into the music industry at 19, and her latest success.
