WIND Adds 'The Answer' Imaging

SALEM Talk WIND-A/CHICAGO is assuming the common "THE ANSWER" imaging and slogan used by its sister stations in several markets, including at WNYM-A/NEW YORK, KRLA-A/LOS ANGELES, KTIE-A/SAN BERNARDINO, KSKY-A/DALLAS, and WJKR/COLUMBUS. The  "AM 560 THE ANSWER" imaging, voiced by LONNIE PERKINS, launches TODAY (1/21).

"THE ANSWER branding has worked really well in some of our other markets," said SALEM  VP/Director of Spoken Word Format PHIL BOYCE.  "When we think about what our stations mean to our listeners, having them think of us as the Answer to their questions of the day makes a lot of sense.... There is a unique attitude and spirit in CHICAGO, and we will capture it with the promos, liners, and on-air imaging."
