Toby Keith Breaks Records, Will Be Declared An Honorary Texan

SHOW DOG-UNIVERSAL MUSIC artist TOBY KEITH recently broke all attendance records for the SAN ANTONIO STOCK SHOW & RODEO, bringing in the largest crowd for the event, since it began in 1950. KEITH will also play the HOUSTON LIVESTOCK SHOW AND RODEO on MONDAY, FEBRUARY 25th.

As part of the TEXAS HERITAGE SONGWRITER’S HALL OF FAME WEEKEND on SUNDAY, MARCH 3rd, KEITH will be presented an official certificate from the OFFICE OF THE GOVERNOR, declaring TOBY an HONORARY TEXAN. The ceremony will be held at the MOODY THEATER in HOUSTON. Others to receive this honor include RUSSEL CROWE, BOB HOPE, BOB DYLAN and many others. As part of the weekend, KEITH will perform in honor of the late ROGER MILLER, one of his favorite songwriters.
