Former Radio Reporter Sentenced To Prison For Money Order Scam

Former Country WIVK/KNOXVILLE reporter BERNARD ADDISON has been sentenced to 46 months in prison and two years of probation for his involvement in a counterfeit money order scheme, reports the KNOXVILLE NEWS-SENTINEL.
ADDISON pleaded guilty in JUNE (NET NEWS 6/11/12) to charges that he received fake U.S. Postal Service money orders from GHANA, filled out the payee information, and redistributed them in exchange for $250 weekly payments.
