MICHAEL S. POWERS is selling Classic Hits-Talk WRKQ-A/MADISONVILLE, TN to BEVERLY BROADCASTING COMPANY, LLC for $72.500.

In other filings with the FCC, E. MORGAN SKINNER is converting ownership of AMERICAST MEDIA, LLC's construction permits for KACE-A/MESQUITE, NV, KXIV/MIDDLETON, ID, and KBEV-A/BEAVER, UT, and construction permits for new stations in SANTA CLARA, UT and MILILANI TOWN, HI to nonprofit status under the umbrella of ROCKWELL EDUCATIONAL FOUNDATION, INC.  Meanwhile, the price for the previously-announced sale by receiver GREG MERRILL of MEDIA SERVICES GROUP of Silent KENT-A/PAROWAN-CEDAR CITY, UT, formerly owned by SKINNER's LEGACY COMMUNICATIONS (AM RADIO 1400, INC.), to KENT FRANDSEN's CANYON MEDIA GROUP is $12,000, according to the paperwork filed with the FCC.

MMTC BROADCASTING LLC is selling Silent WHJA-A/LAUREL, MS to DONALD H. PUGH, JR for $5,000.  The station was one of the AMs donated to the MINORITY MEDIA TELECOMMUNICATIONS COUNCIL.

HISPANIC CHRISTIAN COMMUNITY NETWORK, INC.  has applied for a Silent STA for FM translator K252EB/CLEBURNE, TX while it moves to a new transmitter site.

AMERICAN EDUCATIONAL BROADCASTING, INC. has requested a Silent STA for FM translator K228EL/HAWTHORNE, NV due to weather conditions causing problems for the station.

EDUCATIONAL MEDIA FOUNDATION has closed on the purchase of the SOUTHERN CALIFORNIA Christian Rock AIR-1 trimulcast of KLST-F/FOUNTAIN VALLEY (ORANGE COUNTY), KLSI/THOUSAND OAKS (VENTURA COUNTY), and KLSN/ADELANTO (VICTOR VALLEY-HIGH DESERT), plus a booster for KLST in MALIBU VISTA,  from AMATURO GROUP OF L.A. LLC for $8,788,500.

OMNI-LINGUAL BROADCASTING CORP. has closed on the sale of Talk WPBR-A/LANTANA-WEST PALM BEACH to SAMUEL ROGATINSKY's PALM BEACH RADIO GROUP LLC for $362,500.

LIBERTY UNIVERSITY, INC. has closed on the sale of FM translators W236BO/BURLINGTON, NC and W279BW/ROXBORO, NC to EASTERN AIRWAVES, LLC (CURTIS MEDIA) for $200,000.

REACH COMMUNICATIONS, INC. has closed on the sale of FM translator W288BI/DELTONA, FL to SALEM's PENNSYLVANIA MEDIA ASSOCIATES, INC. for $50,000.

And THOMAS BROADCASTING, INC. has closed on the sale of Urban Inspirational WXKL-A/SANFORD, NC to JIMMY JOHNSON's JOHNSON BROADCAST VENTURES, LTD. for $26,000.
