BOYD INGRAM and CAROL B, INGRAM are selling their 1,000 shares (100%) of BATESVILLE BROADCASTING CO., INC., licensee of Country WBLE (COUNTRY 101) and Oldies WJBI-A/BATESVILLE, MS and Oldies WHKL (KOOL 107)/CRENSHAW, MS, to JESSICA JOHNSON KIDDER for $1,507,688 ($3,658 in cash and the rest in a promissory note at 2.3% interest per annum, payable in 188 monthly installments).
