DAVIDSON MEDIA STATION WMDB LICENSEE, LLC is selling Spanish AC WMDB-A (EL SOL 880)/NASHVILLE to MAHAN M. JANBAKHSH's TBLC MEDIA #2, LLC for $225,000.  The buyer has been brokering the station's time since OCTOBER 31st, 2011 and also owns Regional Mexican WNVL-A (ACTIVA 1240)/NASHVILLE.

In other filings with the FCC, BIG RIVER RADIO, INC. (KENTUCKY) is selling Contemporary Christian WOKE (WALK FM)/GARRISON, KY to POSITIVE ALTERNATIVE RADIO, INC. for $150,000.

JO ANN KEENAN is selling her 55% of BRECKINRIDGE BROADCASTING CO., INC., licensee of WXBC/HARDINSBURG, KY,  to LEE BRAMLETT for $900,000 ($25,000 down, $65,000 cash, $810,000 in a promissory note).

TEMPLO PENTECOSTES MONTE DE SION has applied for a Silent STA for KSBC/NILE, WA  because it "is searching for a more economically viable location from which to operate the station and is forced to take the station silent pending that search."

RADIO 74 INTERNATIONALE has filed for a Silent STA for KTQQ/ELKO, NV due to snow damage destroying the STL antenna and an inability to access the site due to snow to replace the antenna.

MMTC BROADCASTING LLC has requested an extension of its Silent STA for WNRR-A/NORTH AUGUSTA, SC because of ongoing litigation over access to the antenna site.

GEORGE H. BUCK, JR. has closed on the sale of his 60% of FLEUR DE LIS BROADCASTING, INC., licensee of Oldies WTIX-F/GALLIANO-NEW ORLEANS, LA, to 40% owner and station morning host MICHAEL A. COSTELLO for $550,000 plus repayment of $231,626.40 in loans, payable in a 3% promissory note less $12,000 cash deposit and filing fees.

And EDUCATIONAL MEDIA FOUNDATION has closed on the sale of FM translator K284AG/WOODLAND, CA to NEVADA CITY COMMUNITY BROADCAST GROUP for $1.
