HOWARD FLOYD JOHNSON's VENTURE BROADCASTING LLC is selling FM translator W240CA/REUBENSVILLE, TN to his father TED JOHNSON's SOUTHERN WABASH COMMUNICATIONS OF MIDDLE TENNESSEE, INC. for $1.  The translator will rebroadcast Sports WNSR-A/NASHVILLE.
