Robby Towns Joins DigitalMusic.org As Community Manager

DIGITALMUSIC.ORG, the company that manages NARM, the msuic business association’s digital presence, has hired NESTAMUSIC CONSULTANTS founder ROBBY TOWNS as its new Community Manager.
"We’re thrilled to be bringing him (ROBBY) on to work with us. With his extensive experience at major record labels, premier digital companies and more, ROBBY is uniquely qualified to help us advance the cause of digital music," said DIGITALMUSIC.ORG’s VP/Digital Strategy & Business Development BILL WILSON.
TOWNS is a UNIVERSITY OF TENNESSEE graduate with stops at the audit, tax and advisory firm KPMG, THE ORCHARD, AUDIBLE TREATS and COLUMBIA RECORDS. He also holds a Master’s degree from NEW YORK UNIVERSITY.
Additionally, he was named one of the "Top 140 Music Industry Characters You Need To Follow On TWITTER" by BILLBOARD, and has served as a U.S. delegate to EUROSONIC NOORDERSLAG since 2011.
ROBBY replaces ANTONY BRUNO, who exits to focus on his consulting business.
