CBS, NBC (But Not ABC) Join Fox In Opposing FCC Indecency Case Delay Bid

CBS and NBC have joined FOX in opposing the FCC and three network affiliates groups' request to delay the federal indecency court challenge while the FCC reviews some of its rulings.
FOX and its affiliate group were holdouts against the FCC's action, and CBS and NBC are in opposition to their own independently owned affiliates in opposing the FCC's move. ABC, for its part, is supporting the FCC's motion before the Second Circuit court. The opposition charges that the FCC is stalling to delay judicial review of its rulings, which the networks say don't provide the "guidance" the Commission purports to be imparting.
