George Willborn Joins Doug Banks Radio Show

The DOUG BANKS Radio Show is adding GEORGE WILLBORN, MICHAEL BAISDEN’s former co-host, to the show. He'll officially join BANKS, and fellow co-host DEDE MCGUIRE on THURSDAY, APRIL 25th. He replaces co-host RUDY RUSH.
Dubbed comedy’s 'Stress Reliever," WILLBORN was co-host of MICHAEL BAISDEN's show for eight years, up until the show’s recent cancellation. "I grew up with DOUG and let me make this perfectly clear -- I am now and have always been a fan of his," WILLBORN said. "I’m looking forward to doing whatever I can to bring all of my talent and every one of my fans to compliment the tremendous talent that is DOUG BANKS."
On MONDAY, the new Urban AC afternoon drive-time team will participate in "WASHINGTON’s Next Big Voice on WHUR, where select radio personalities and/or shows are welcomed to compete for listener votes in the hopes of winning the recently vacated 3-7p time slot. WILLBORN has been a fan favorite in the D.C. area for the last decade as a radio personality and comedian.
