  The PALM BEACH DAILY NEWS is reporting that SIRIUS XM RADIO host HOWARD STERN is the "likely buyer" of a house in PALM BEACH, FL for $52 million.
  
  The five-bedroom house at 601 N. County Road was sold by MARTIN and DIANE TRUST; the buyer is listed as the 601 NORTH COUNTY ROAD REVOCABLE TRUST, and Trustee RONALD S. KOCHMAN would not confirm or comment on the transaction, while broker LAWRENCE A. MOENS confirmed that a transaction took place but did not comment on any other details.
