UNION BROADCASTING CO., INC. is selling Variety KBYO-F (FUN RADIO 92.7 FM)/FARMERVILLE, LA to WOO2 COMMUNICATIONS, LLC for $320,287.
In other filings with the FCC, the sale by SCP WORLDWIDE I, LP of a controlling interest in UTAH SOCCER, LLC, owner of MAJOR LEAGUE SOCCER's REAL SALT LAKE, to DELL LOY HANSEN REAL, LLC in JANUARY went ahead without the FCC being notified that the deal included Sports KALL-A/SALT LAKE CITY, owned by UTAH SOCCER subsidiary UTAH RADIO ACQUISITION, LLC, but when communication counsel found out, the appropriate paperwork was filed with the FCC with a request to consider the deal on a nunc pro tunc basis effective JANUARY 24th.
The price for BUCKLEY COMMUNICATIONS, INC.'s sale of Sports KYZZ/SALINAS, CA to MT. WILSON FM BROADCASTERS, INC. is $1.15 million, according to the contract filed with the FCC.
