RESULTS RADIO Classic Hits KCCL (92.1 K-HITS)/SACRAMENTO, which had been simulcasting on sister station KMJE (101.5) has rebranded as "101.5 K-HITS."
The company has actually swapped the frequencies and call letters of co-owned KCCL and KMJE. This moves their long-time Classic Hits station (K-HITS) from 92.1/PLACERVILLE to the much closer community of WOODLAND at 101.5.
"In our effort to help CALIFORNIA balance its budget, we wanted to give state workers something to enjoy, so we’ve put K-HITS in a place where those downtown offices can listen," said RESULTS RADIO Dir./Programming Operations RICO GARCIA. "To know K-HITS is to love K-HITS, and this stronger platform will play into our future success!"
KCCL is being simulcast temporarily on KMJE. Future plans for KMJE have not yet been announced.
