LIFETALK RADIO, INC. is selling FM translator W219CD/ELGIN, IL to CHICAGO PUBLIC MEDIA, INC. for $52.500.
WAY MEDIA, INC. is selling FM translator W262CG/SPURGEON, TN to WMCH RADIO, INC. for an undisclosed price.
The previously-reported deal (NET NEWS 4/22) under which UNIVERSITY OF CENTRAL MISSOURI is selling noncommercial Triple A KTBG (90.9 THE BRIDGE)/WARRENSBURG-KANSAS CITY, MO and FM translator K285ER/OSAGE BEACH, MO to PBS affiliate KCPT (TV)/KANSAS CITY owner PUBLIC TELEVISION 19, INC. for $1.1 million has been filed with the FCC. The deal also includes $550,000 in promotional underwriting; the establishment of a UCM-KCPT-KTBG internship program for UCM students; and other collaborative initiatives.
