CHARLES H. COOPER is selling Southern Gospel WOSM/OCEAN SPRINGS-BILOXI, MS to TELESOUTH COMMUNICATIONS, INC. for $1.5 million.

In other filings with the FCC, JDL CORP. is selling Talk WPMO-A (TALKRADIO 1580)/PASCAGOULA-MOSS POINT, MS to TRI CITY RADIO, LLC for $259,000.  The buyer has been programming the station under an LMA since JANUARY.

CONNER MEDIA CORP. is selling FM translators W239BC/ARAPAHOE, NC and W266AV/JACKSONVILLE, NC to BEASLEY BROADCAST GROUP's WSFL LICENSE LIMITED PARTNERSHIP for $85,000 ($10,000 for W239BC, $75,000 for W266AV).  W266AV will rebroadcast '80s Active Rock WSFL-HD2 (THE TRIP 106.5), while W239BC will rebroadcast '80s-'90s Pop-Rock WMGV-HD2 (ECHO 103.3).

MONTANA CHRISTIAN RADIO ASSOC. is selling AC KJCD (KJ 95)/FORT BENTON, MT to THE MONTANA RADIO CO., LLC for $20,000.

MULTIMEDEOS RADIO OLA is selling the construction permit for a new FM at ENCINAL, TX to CENTRO CRISTIANO DE VIDA ETERNA for $30,000.

ACE RADIO CORP. and ABLE RADIO CORP. have filed for Chapter 7 bankruptcy, and its construction permits for new FMs in WAYNESBORO, GA and ERIE, IL (ACE) and AGUILA, AZ (ABLE) have been transferred to trustee RODNEY D. TOW.

ALELUYA BROADCASTING NETWORK has requested a Silent STA for KUZN/CENTERVILLE, TX due to air conditioner failure.

CENTRO PALABRA DE FE CHURCH has filed for a Silent STA for KNGQ/SALOME, AZ while it acquires "certain key operating equipment."
