Congratulations to CURTIS MEDIA Country WQDR/RALEIGH and its ‘Q MORNING CREW’ members MIKE WHELES, JANIE CAROTHERS and MARTY YOUNG, who were named "2013 Large Market Radio Team of the Year" by the NORTH CAROLINA ASSOCIATION OF BROADCASTERS.

The organization held its annual convention MONDAY night (6/24) in GREENSBORO. Also honored were BEASLEY/FAYETTEVILLE RVP DANNY HIGHSMITH, with the "Distinguished Service Award" and SALEM COMMUNICATIONS Chairman STU EPPERSON with the "2013 Hall of Fame Award."
