In other filings with the FCC, FIRST VENTURES CAPITAL PARTNERS, INC. is selling FM translator K238AZ/ODESSA, TX to ICA RADIO LTD. for $50,000. The station will rebroadcast Talk KCRS-A/MIDLAND.
