RADIO ASSIST MINISTRY, INC. is selling FM translator W245BX/ORLANDO and W246CK/KISSIMMEE, FL to CLEAR CHANNEL BROADCASTING LICENSES, INC. for $80,000. The sale application lists Active Rock WJRR/ORLANDO as the primary station, although WJRR's HD-2 channel simulcasts Sports WYGM-A (740 THE GAME)/ORLANDO.
In other filings with the FCC, ALELUYA CHRISTIAN BROADCASTING, INC. is selling FM translators K255AR and K275AS/TRINITY, TX to LEON HUNT for $24,000. The stations will rebroadcast Adult Standards KIVY-A/CROCKETT, RX and KMVL-A/MADISONVILLE, TX.
TOM HODGINS is selling FM translator K256BY/LEWISTON, ID to NELLY BROADCASTING, LLC for $20,000. The translator will rebroadcast the HD-3 channel of Country KZBG/LAPWAI, ID.
KONA COAST RADIO, LLC has requested an extension of its Silent STA for KDAB/HUGO, CO while it awaits another station's channel change so it can sign on its own new facility.
And APOSTOLIC FAITH NETWORK, INC.has closed on the sale of the construction permit for noncommercial WXPA/KULPMONT, PA to BEAVER SPRINGS FAITH BAPTIST CHURCH, INC.for $10,500.
Also, BOSTON UNIVERSITY is selling noncommercial News-Talk WBUR-A/WEST YARMOUTH, MA (CAPE COD), a repeater of its WBUR/BOSTON, to LANGER BROADCASTING for an undisclosed price in a deal yet to show up in the FCC database. LANGER will flip the station to Portuguese-language programming similar to its WSRO-A/ASHLAND-BOSTON.
