Tom Langmyer Named VP/News-Talk Programming For Journal Broadcast Group

Former TRIBUNE Talk WGN-A/CHICAGO and CBS RADIO Talk KMOX-A/ST. LOUIS VP/GM TOM LANGMYER has been named VP, News/Talk Programming for JOURNAL BROADCAST GROUP, starting AUGUST 12th. He will oversee programming of News-Talk WTMJ-A/MILWAUKEE, which he has been consulting, and will work closely with VP/Programming BEVERLEE BRANNIGAN on JOURNAL's News and Talk stations nationwide.
EVP STEVE WEXLER said, “I am thrilled to welcome TOM to the JOURNAL family. He is a trusted leader with a well-known track record of success. He understands the importance of heritage stations like WTMJ. I’ve known TOM for years and am happy to finally be able to call him a fellow employee.”
