ALLEGHENY MOUNTAIN NETWORK is selling Talk WEEO-F (FM TALK 103.7)/MCCONNELLSBURG, PA to MICHAEL M. STAPLEFORD's MAGNUM BROADCASTING, INC. for $400,695.74. The buyer already operates the station under an LMA in effect since MARCH 2008.
In other filings with the FCC, QUEST BROADCASTING, INC. is selling Adult Standards KBMO-A (STANDARD GOLD) and Classic Hits KSCR-F/BENSON, MN to HEADWATERS MEDIA, LLC for $275,000.
ALEX MEDIA, INC. is selling the construction permit for WMRG/MORGAN, GA to STEVE HEGWOOD's CORE COMMUNICATORS SOUTH LLC for $270,000.
RYAN BEAM is selling FM translator K291BR/CHICKASHA, OK to MOLLMAN MEDIA INC. for $40,000.
DEAN GOODMAN has filed more paperwork related to his acquisition of the NEXTMEDIA stations, proposing to acquire the stations for NM LICENSE, LLC and rolling his various local licenses for GOODRADIO.TV stations into the umbrella DIGITY MEDIA, LLC banner. The filings show several subsidiary licensees merging, first as GOODRADIO merges into GR MERGER SUB, LLC, with GOODRADIO surviving as a wholly-owned subsidiary of DIGITY, then, after existing LLC interests in GOODRADIO are canceled, DIGITY will emerge as the holder of all of those interests. NM LICENSE, LLC is also a wholly-owned subsidiary of DIGITY.
