WJLB Serves Up Breakfast Club For Mornings

CLEAR CHANNEL MEDIA + ENTERTAINMENT Urban WJLB/DETROIT is bringing in the syndicated THE BREAKFAST CLUB for mornings, effective January 13th.  DETROIT's own Mr. CHASE will join THE BREAKFAST CLUB weekday mornings to provide local content and programming throughout the show.

THE BREAKFAST CLUB stars CHARLAMAGNE THA GOD, former co-host of THE WENDY WILLIAMS Experience and current host of MTV2’s Guy Code; ANGELA YEE, one of the stars of the VH1 reality show The Gossip Game, and correspondent for MTV2’s Sucker Free; and DJ ENVY, legendary DJ, mixtape master, and host of MTV2’s Sucker Free and Week in Jams.  

“We’ve found DETROIT's new wake-up call weekday mornings,” CCM+E/DETROIT VP/Programming TONY TRAVATTO said. “ANGELA, ENVY and CHARLAMAGNE bring excitement and entertainment to hip-hop mornings, plus having MR. CHASE alongside will offer listeners live and local updates straight from home."
