CURRENT RADIO, LLC, the CUMULUS spinoff trust headed by broker EDDIE ESSERMAN, is selling Sports WBCK-A (930 THE SCORE)/BATTLE CREEK, MI to MIDWEST COMMUNICATIONS, INC. for $175,000.
In other filings with the FCC, CAROL CARROLL, WIND RIVER COMMUNICATIONS, INC, and CARJIM LLC's sale of AC KTRZ and Country KWYW (Y99)/RIVERTON, WY and Classic Country KDNO (DINO 101.7) and Adult Standards KTHE-A/THERMOPOLIS, WY plus FM translator K237CP/LANDER, WY to EDWARDS GROUP (EDWARDS COMMUNICATIONS, LC) has been filed at the FCC, and the previously-reported deal has a price tag of $210,000 plus an LMA before closing, according to the sale contract.
