Nominees Announced Today

The ACADEMY OF COUNTRY MUSIC (ACM) TODAY (1/29) announced nominees for the "49th ANNUAL ACADEMY OF COUNTRY MUSIC AWARDS."

MIRANDA LAMBERT and TIM MCGRAW each received seven nods; KEITH URBAN is nominated for six awards while LEE BRICE, KACEY MUSGRAVES, BLAKE SHELTON and TAYLOR SWIFT are each up for five ACM trophies.

Winners will be revealed SUNDAY, APRIL 6th during the "49th ANNUAL ACADEMY OF COUNTRY MUSIC AWARDS," televised live on CBS-TV and originating from the MGM Grand Garden Arena in LAS VEGAS.

First round fan voting for “New Artist Of The Year” is now open at www.VoteACM.com and www.GACTV.com/ACM, and will close on TUESDAY, FEBRUARY 4th at 3:00p (ET). The final three nominees will be announced in the coming weeks and will move on to compete in the final round of voting which begins MONDAY, MARCH 24th at 3p (ET) and closes at 8p (ET) on SUNDAY, APRIL 6^th, prior to the live telecast of the ACM AWARDS
